It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very-very nice, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was generous with a nice view and had a wide range of food.

We had a relaxing experience. The breakfast was fresh made and generous, the staff was amazingly nice, the grounds were impeccably clean. The location was great and decent, in lovely surroundings, with a lovely view. Moreover, it was 2 km from a historic fortress. The food for breakfast was fab and fabulous.
Sadly, there was no breakfast.

Had comfortable 2 nights here. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the double room, as well as a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and TV etc. The location was great and brilliant - next to the city center by bus 10, bus station and the national gallery.

Staff were thoughtful, everything was brand-new. Room was not only cool, but cool too, and had climate control, soundproof windows and cell. The plastic furniture was cozy. Fancy hotel in Edinburgh, brilliant location right next to fountain park.
